Estate Sales Simplified
Online Auctions
On the other hand, our Online Auctions deliver results. After signing a contract, my team and I move in, sort, stage, photograph every item—down to the tiniest tchotchke—and upload them to a global catalog. We craft descriptions that pull buyers in from around the world, host a single-day preview (thankfully low on walk-through traffic), and then watch bids climb under the rhythm of a live auctioneer. By the next day, your property is empty. Still, I wrestle with the void left behind: no lingering echoes of laughter, no chance for a heartfelt handshake. And yet, to hit top dollar—especially for high- end art, antiques, or designer pieces—we sometimes send them off to Beverly Hills or San Francisco specialists. It’s pragmatic, but part of me misses the intimacy of an estate sale.
Don’t Throw Anything Away
I’m torn between my urge to purge clutter and my duty to extract every last dime for you. We’ll list old cell phones, broken furniture, even half-used cleaning supplies— and yes, someone somewhere will buy them. Whatever doesn’t sell, we donate to charities like Heaven Can Wait Animal Sanctuary or Las Vegas Rescue Mission, and you get the tax receipt. I pride myself on disposing of every last item responsibly, from aluminum scrap to medical leftovers—but I can’t shake the thought that some of these cast-offs still carry untold stories.
Why Hire Premiere Auctions?
I understand your wariness: inviting strangers into your home, exposing every drawer and crevice. That’s why I urge you to meet me in my office, inspect my Auctioneer’s License (an eight-to-twelve-month ordeal many don’t pass), and review my General Liability, E&O insurance, and bonds. Yes, I hold standard business licenses, but I’m also an Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers—held to a higher bar of ethics and expertise. Even so, I’m haunted by the fear that licensing alone isn’t enough to earn your trust. My allegiance is solely to you, the seller—whether you’re a bank, a trustee, a creditor, an attorney, a real estate agent, a celebrity, or a private individual—and I’m legally bound to chase the highest possible price on your behalf.
Las Vegas Real Estate Broker-Salesperson
Since 1992, I’ve been a licensed Las Vegas Real Estate Broker-Salesperson, juggling properties and personal property sales under one roof. It’s efficient for you, but I often wonder if listing both at once blurs the lines between my roles. If you already have an agent, I’ll work side by side with them—staging your home, keeping it show-ready, displaying their marketing materials, and directing interested buyers to them. Ultimately, I want you to feel confident that, despite my inner doubts, every detail is handled with professionalism.
Raise your expectations—and your questions. Contact me for a free consultation. All you need to do is take what you want to keep and lock the door behind you. I’ll wrestle with the rest.
